Finding a home, company, friends and work in a new country is often very stressful. There are many reasons that make it difficult to take up a job or training.
So that you don't have to face this difficult challenge alone, we offer you various projects that take your specific needs and skills into account and help you gain a foothold in Germany more quickly.
We help you to become an active part of the working world in Germany.
Job counselor and training acquirer
The aim of the project is the sustainable integration of people with a refugee background into the labor and training market and the reduction of prejudices and obstacles on the part of both companies and people with a refugee background.
The "Jobbegleiter" project is offered in the city/district of Dachau, in the city/district of Fürstenfeldbruck, in the city/district of Landshut and in the city/district of Erding.
The "Training Acquisition Agent" project is offered in the city of Dachau, district of Dachau and in Fürstenfeldbruck, district of Fürstenfeldbruck.
There are numerous projects and offers for refugees in Germany and Bavaria. However, it is often very difficult to find the right offer for oneself. Many people lack the appropriate language skills, but also the necessary orientation. This is where the job mentor offers help and guidance. To a certain extent, he is a "guide" who brings the project participants together with the necessary partners from business, companies, authorities and offices and helps them to take the concrete steps towards permanent employment and thus successful integration. The job mentor has the entire system in mind, with the project participant at the center. The aim is to ensure that "talents and skills" are not lost.
The focus is on the fact that this concept not only considers individual areas of activity, such as the search for a suitable job, but all areas that are conducive to successful integration.
This project is funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, Sport and Integration with resources from the Labor Market Fund:

IdeAL for women (project from 2016-2019)
This project is tailored to the needs of female refugees and asylum seekers. These women receive support in learning German, in the application process and job interviews, as well as in dealing with the authorities and communicating with public offices. Depending on their previous knowledge, we prepare them for the world of work or for starting an apprenticeship.
The project includes various modules; we will advise you individually on what is suitable for you.
Exemplary modules are:
1. consolidation of German language skills
2. computer skills
3. Commercial knowledge
4. knowledge of the law in Germany
Professional knowledge
Inhibitions, fears and insecurities can thus be reduced. We also help women to find an internship that suits them and gives them the opportunity to try out different professions. Women can rely on professional knowledge transfer from experienced PVM-Consulting employees. They receive close support and can turn to our team with any questions they may have. This project builds bridges so that women can enter the world of work!
Job opportunities for refugees
This project focuses on breaking down language barriers and uncertainties in the application process. The participants receive job-related language courses, which should then lead to the placement of internships, apprenticeships and jobs.
The participants are supervised by dedicated language teachers and coaches and accompanied to the respective job interviews or intensively prepared for them. In addition, PVM-Consulting volunteers to help the people, e.g. with assistance in everyday life and housing issues, applications, translation services, visits to the authorities, legal advice and much more.
The concept has a modular structure. The modules can be combined according to individual requirements.
