As a committed project sponsor, it is very important to us to stand up for a good education and successful future prospects in the home countries or neighboring countries of our course participants. To this end, we naturally also look beyond our own horizons in Germany to countries that have been shaken by crises.
These countries affected by war, disease, terrorism and flight need to be supported. The causes of flight should be tackled in a sustainable manner in order to make it possible for many people to regain a lasting perspective on life in their home countries.
Specialist recruiting
Working and living in Germany is a distant goal for many people around the world. We at PVM-Consulting can help to achieve this goal. We are a multi-professional team that has been working in the field of education and training for a long time. We have many years of experience in the placement of skilled workers and trainees. We are well networked and have excellent contacts with large, medium-sized and smaller companies throughout Germany.
There has been a major shortage of skilled workers in Germany for several years. The German government now wants to counteract this with the new Skilled Immigration Act.
At PVM, we want to help remedy the shortage of skilled workers and therefore want to attract foreign skilled workers to Germany. In order to achieve this, we try to find out in advance what the opportunities are for foreign employees on the German labor market. Do they meet the requirements for a job and training position in Germany? Have they completed adequate training in their home country or acquired an appropriate qualification? Does he speak English and/or has she already started to learn German?
We have developed various qualification and training modules so that interested specialists can already prepare themselves abroad. At the same time, we support those interested in learning German. After all, in addition to an apprenticeship or corresponding qualifications, a good knowledge of German is an important prerequisite for gaining a professional foothold in Germany.
We work with a tight curriculum and have set ourselves the goal of not bringing anyone to Germany with false promises. That's why every candidate is advised in detail and checked for suitability. We work together to find out which sectors or professions would be suitable for him or her. We are currently looking in the following areas:
- Hotel / Gastronomy
- Cleaning
- Warehouse / Logistics
- Nursing / Elderly care
This list can be adapted at any time. Of course, other professions are also available, but we do not offer learning and training programs in all areas.
As soon as it is clear for which professions the candidate is suitable and he or she would like to start, we start looking for a job in Germany. In the best-case scenario, we can get everything up and running so that all that remains to be done in Germany is to sign the employment contract.
Parallel to the job search, we also explore the housing market in order to be able to provide a suitable apartment or shared room upon arrival.
We continue to work with the candidate on site: We provide coaching for the interviews and take care of other documents at the same time. We revise the CV, take care of the recognition of certificates and proof of qualifications and, last but not least, take care of the visa. Once all the necessary documents are complete, we will contact the embassy and assist with the application. However, and we would also like to point this out, PVM has no influence on the work of the embassy or on a positive decision. The decision on entry visas is made solely by the German embassy.
Please note: Although you can enter the Federal Republic of Germany with a tourist visa, you are not allowed to work with it.
A word about life in Germany, which is probably very different from life in the interested parties' home country. Germany is a democratic, cosmopolitan country. There is a strict separation of church and state. Religion is private and does not influence public life. Men and women have equal rights. Women also work in management positions and are to be accepted as superiors. Freedom of opinion prevails in Germany and no one may be discriminated against on the basis of their origin, religion or gender. Life in Germany is not always easy and requires strength of character and a high tolerance for frustration. Because not everything will always go smoothly, some things will take longer and require a lot of strength and energy. And, it should also be noted, there will be no family to support you. Family reunification is almost impossible and also very expensive.
Can you still imagine a life in Germany? Are you a chef, for example, who has no problem working with pork and/or alcohol? Then you should contact PVM quickly. We will prepare you for this big step as well as possible so that you can make a successful new start in Germany.
Finally, a word about money. Our fees are tightly calculated and transparent. Participants only pay for what they actually use. All costs incurred are explained in detail when the contract is signed.
We offer non-binding information events on site.
